Double tank leak detector construction guide

First, the order data:

Second, special considerations:

◆ SYW-E type leak detection sensor must be combined with GH-SLI type double tank leak detector to form an intrinsically safe explosion-proof system for use in hazardous areas.

◆ The GH-SLI double tank leak detector must be placed in a non-hazardous location that does not contain explosive gas mixtures. The SYW-E type leak detection sensor belongs to the intrinsically safe product. It must be equipped with the associated equipment safety barrier when connecting with the GH-SLI type double tank leak detector. The connection cable is a four-core shielded wire (it must have an insulating sheath) ), the shield must be grounded to the ground of the GH-SLI type double tank leak detector in a safe place.

◆ Cable wiring should eliminate the influence of electromagnetic interference as much as possible, and the cable distribution capacitance is less than 1.0μF and the distributed inductance is less than 1mH.

◆ Users are not allowed to replace the components of the sensor without authorization, affecting the explosion-proof performance of the product. The manufacturer should jointly solve the faults in the operation to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

◆ The installation, use and maintenance of the product should comply with the product specification, GB3836-2010 explosion-proof standard, automotive refueling design and construction specifications and other national standards; must be installed by the unit with explosion-proof electrical equipment installation, use and maintenance qualifications.

Third, wiring transformation:

◆The probe of each tank needs a separate communication cable to connect to the touch console. The communication cables of all probes must be worn in the galvanized pipe (the elbow connection is required at the bend). Ensure that the insulation sheath of the communication cable is not damaged;

◆Wiring number: The communication cable requirement number of each tank from the manhole to the touch room of the monitoring room. The number is based on the tank number, which is convenient for distinguishing and installing;

◆ The communication line cannot be worn in the same tube as other lines, and the distance from other lines is greater than 400mm.
